The Strechcordz with leg straps provide resistance for dry-land leg abduction, adduction, extensions and curls to strengthen muscles and improve swim times.

These Strechcordz can also be used in water for resisted stationary swimming.

The Strechcordz are highly versatile and with a range of exercises, can easily give you a full lower body workout before, after or even as a replacement for your regular swim.

Your pack comes with two comfortable 2-in/5 cm wide adjustable leg straps that are connected to two, 4-ft/1.2 m tubes and combination mounting loop.
